Paddle tour to Lake Taoa and night in camp in the jungle
Seventh Day – Bon Dia Brazil! A new day dawns, and I'm enjoying the black coffee in my hand as I gaze over the railing of our ship. The colors and the tranquility around me bring me inner peace and happiness. We're preparing for a paddling trip in our jungle camp. While some are getting fishing gear ready and others are doing their yoga session, I load our equipment into the boat, and we set off for Lake Taoa, my secret spot in the rainforest.
We hear the howler monkeys and paddle silently towards them. Our guide advises us to keep our distance, as the monkeys' sounds are menacing. We enjoy the spectacle and soon reach the end of Lake Taoa, where we are allowed to go ashore. I fall into the water, and my technical equipment gets wet, but I take it with humor.
After a long day, we reach our camp for the night and prepare the fire. We hang up our hammocks and get ready for the night. Our bags are hanging from the trees, and we sleep in our hammock commune. Our adventure continues the next day.
It was a beautiful day full of nature, friendship, and adventure.
